E-grāmatu izmantošana mūsdienās kļūst ar vien populārāka. Mūsdienu straujās tehnoloģiju attīstības tendences rada vajadzību sākt lietot e-grāmatas skolēniem vidējās izglītības iestādēs, lai gūtu plašāku resursu klāstu un būtu sagatavoti tālākai izglītībai augstskolās. Pētījuma “Brīvpieejas e-grāmatas kā mācību līdzekļi vidējās izglītības līmenī” mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai vidusskolas skolēni izmanto e-grāmatas kā palīgu mācību procesā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikta anketēšana Viesītes vidusskolā un RTU Inženierzinātņu vidusskolā noskaidrojot skolēnu un pedagogu viedokli par e-grāmatām. In mathematics education, technology offers many opportunities to enrich curricular contents. Plane symmetries is a topic often skipped by primary teachers. However, it is important and may be worked in attractive ways in dynamic geometry software environments. In any regular classroom there are students with different levels of mathematical attainment, some needing easy tasks while others, particularly mathematically-gifted students, need challenging problems.
